Adecco Romford &amp; London East are seeking a skilled and flexible Chef de Partie to join a dedicated catering team within a care environment, helping to provide high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, visitors and staff.<\/p>\n<p>Working across a Production Kitchen, Caf\u00e9\/Restaurant and ward kitchens, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food quality, maintaining exceptional hygiene standards and supporting a compassionate care environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner<\/li>\n<li>Support menu planning and contribute ideas for menu development and service improvements<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and guide Catering Assistants, Porters<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, Health &amp; Safety, COSHH and company procedures<\/li>\n<li>Complete food safety documentation and maintain accurate records<\/li>\n<li>Carry out cleaning and equipment maintenance checks to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Chef de Partie or strong Chef experience within a high-volume catering environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and health &amp; safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead by example and support junior team members<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing service needs<\/li>\n<li>Passion for delivering high-quality food with exceptional customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong>Flexibility Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a 5 days out of 7 rota-based role<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work weekends, bank holidays and religious festivals is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you&#8217;re looking for a rewarding culinary role where your work truly impacts people&#8217;s lives, we&#8217;d love to hear from you. <\/strong><strong>Please contact Claire or Hannah at Adecco Romford &amp; London East (option 2) ASAP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Why work with Adecco:<\/em><em><br \/> * Annual leave entitlement<br \/> * Perks at work &#8211; discount vouchers and points to spend<br \/> * Support program with 24\/7 helpline<br \/> * Eye care vouchers<br \/> * Competitive pension scheme<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>An Enhanced DBS is essential for the role.<br \/> We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
