We will teach you the ropes of consultative selling, product knowledge, and pipeline management, setting you up for a future promotion into a full Account Management or Sales role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Support &amp; Account Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the Go-To Contact:\u00a0Manage a portfolio of customers, handling both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound check-ins.<\/li>\n<li>Build Relationships:\u00a0Welcome new clients to Global 4, review their services, and align their needs with our tailored solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Excellence:\u00a0Handle service discussions confidently while maintaining a sharp commercial mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Revenue, Renewals &amp; Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protect &amp; Grow:\u00a0Take ownership of contract renewals to safeguard existing revenue while ensuring a seamless customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Spot Opportunities:\u00a0Identify and progress natural opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our wider range of products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the Pipeline:\u00a0Accurately quote, close opportunities, and feed larger, complex leads to the senior Account Management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pipeline Management &amp; Progression<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master the Process:\u00a0Keep a structured, up-to-date pipeline of renewals and upgrades, ensuring all activities are accurately logged in the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Level Up Your Knowledge:\u00a0Learn the ins and outs of our multi-product portfolio, including connectivity, telephony, mobile, and IT services.<\/li>\n<li>Evolve Your Skills:\u00a0Develop confidence in objection handling and consultative sales, positioning yourself for your next big career step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We hire for attitude and train for skill.
