well-established architectural practice based in Glasgow, who are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technician to play a key role in the delivery of a wide variety of projects, supporting schemes from technical design through to completion within a collaborative studio environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors<br \/>\u2022 Produce, manage and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages<br \/>\u2022 Support the day-to-day running of projects, assisting in managing programmes and deliverables<br \/>\u2022 Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams<br \/>\u2022 Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information<br \/>\u2022 Attend site meetings and help resolve technical and construction issues throughout delivery<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline<br \/>\u2022 Significant experience working within a UK architectural practice<br \/>\u2022 Strong technical detailing and coordination skills<br \/>\u2022 Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable<br \/>\u2022 Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes<br \/>\u2022
