This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to lead and support staff, ensuring exceptional care and service delivery to children and young people.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the completion of documentation, including chronologies, placement plans, and weekly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Lead shifts, ensuring activities, wellbeing walks, and residents&#039;
