We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated <strong>Family Support Worker<\/strong> to join our friendly and supportive team on waking night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a rewarding environment where you can help create positive outcomes for children and young people while developing your career.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#039;ll Be Doing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing overnight supervision and support to children and young people, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout the night.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing care plans and support strategies as directed by senior staff, maintaining stability and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or behavioural challenges that may arise during the night.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations in line with organisational policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to support their development and wellbeing.<\/li>\n<li>Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality requirements at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You&#039;ll Bring<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with children and young people, ideally within residential care, social care, or support environments.<\/li>\n<li>A relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Health &amp;
