This role offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from residential properties to commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.<\/li>\n<li>Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and care.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute colour schemes and decorative effects accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with clients and team members to discuss project requirements and progress.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, performing routine maintenance as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Complete projects within specified timeframes while adhering to quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in construction painting and decorating is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation between sites.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English language for effective communication with clients and team members.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills are necessary for understanding project specifications and collaborating effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should demonstrate organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude towards their work.
