Based at a warehousing facility in Northamptonshire, you will spend a significant portion of your time travelling to customer sites to carry out installations.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and overnight work required to meet installation schedules or customer deadlines. The role involves a standard 40-hour working week.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight stays will be necessary when working at remote locations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely load display cases onto vehicles (up to 7.5 tonnes) using forklifts and appropriate manual handling techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Transport and deliver display cases to client sites using a vehicle under 7.5 tonnes, holding a valid Category C1 licence.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct accurate, high-quality installations in accordance with company procedures, site requirements, and industry best practises.<\/li>\n<li>Fit accessories, trims, and peripheral components to complete installations to specification.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, resolve, and document any on-site quality or technical issues promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear and accurate records relating to cabinet builds, installations, and site activities.<\/li>\n<li>Comply fully with all company health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as any client-specific requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble, configure, and prepare refrigerated display cabinets for installation.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation and build processes through constructive feedback and collaboration with operations and engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding its reputation for service quality and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Support on-site snagging, additional deliveries, or service visits as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with broader manufacturing or operational projects, especially during off-peak periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Essential:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of five years&rsquo; practical experience in a similar installation, construction, or engineering role.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings and operating procedures accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit, capable of manual handling and able to pass a medical for a C1 licence.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and stay away from home, typically averaging two nights per week.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to undertake relevant training programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Desirable:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Category C1 licence and CPC qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>CITB Site Safety qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Training in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling, or First Aid at Work.<\/li>\n<li>Background in refrigeration and\/or electrical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Forklift licence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates located between Northampton and Swindon are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment
