£30,000 – £38,000 DOE + Profit Share<\/p>\n
A well-established and rapidly growing business within the metals industry is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join their commercial team based in Birmingham.<\/p>\n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in metals, steel, aluminium, manufacturing, or industrial sectors looking to join a successful and expanding company offering strong earning potential and long-term career progression.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Generating new business opportunities across the metals and industrial sectors
• Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and securing orders
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of service
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growth<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience within a Sales Executive, Internal Sales, Business Development or Account Management role
• Experience within the metals, steel, aluminium, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive and target-driven approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems<\/p>\n
Package:
• £30,000 – £38,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Uncapped bonus structure
