Your work will play a critical part in the overall repair journey &#8211; setting the foundation for paint, refit and final delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repair and reshape damaged panels using recognised panel beating techniques<\/li>\n<li>Carry out removal, replacement and alignment of vehicle body panels<\/li>\n<li>Follow manufacturer methods and repair standards to ensure safety and quality<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with Paint, MET and production teams to keep repairs flowing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe working environment and professional standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a hands-on, practical role where <strong>skill, care and consistency matter every day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We keep expectations realistic and focused on what really matters. We&#8217;re looking for people with <strong>practical experience as a Panel Technician \/ Panel Beater<\/strong> who take pride in doing the job properly.<\/p>\n<p>That experience typically includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Time spent in an automotive or accident repair environment as a Panel Beater<\/li>\n<li>Confidence working with panels, structures and repair methods<\/li>\n<li>A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every Solus site is different, but our values are consistent.
