{"id":60541,"date":"2026-05-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/brand-marketing-executive\/"},"modified":"2026-05-16T14:34:34","modified_gmt":"2026-05-16T13:34:34","slug":"brand-marketing-executive","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/brand-marketing-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Brand Marketing Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> Brand Marketing Executive  <br \/><b>Location:<\/b>  Chandlers Ford \/ Hybrid (2 days a week in our main head office)<br \/><b>Salary: <\/b>&pound;27,976 &#8211; &pound;33,313<br \/><b>Hours: <\/b>Monday &#8211; Friday, 40 hours per week <br \/><b>Sponsorship: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.  <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Join Luxion Group and help shape the voice of our brand.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Luxion Group is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Brand Marketing Executive to support the planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across our portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our Brand &amp; Marketing team, you&#8217;ll work across a range of customer touchpoints, helping to bring our brand strategy to life and ensuring every campaign lands flawlessly.<\/p>\n<p>You will help execute marketing and communication strategies that raise awareness, drive retention, educate on Luxion Group&#8217;s products and services, maximise community activity and improve customer experience.     <\/p>\n<p>Day to day, you will;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, assisting with planning, asset coordination and delivery tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Help brief internal teams and external agencies, ensuring everyone has the information they need to deliver on time and to a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage asset approvals, gathering stakeholder feedback and ensuring smooth, timely sign-off.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintaining key campaign documentation including timelines, content plans, briefs, status reports and tracking sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Marketing Campaign Manager with activity across web, CRM, social, app, in-store, and print channels.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to campaign reporting, gathering performance results, formatting presentations and supporting insights generation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct desk research, competitor reviews and trend tracking to help inform campaign planning and creative development.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who are we looking for?<\/b> <\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for someone with previous experience in a marketing, campaign or coordination role, ideally gained in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll bring a solid understanding of campaign planning fundamentals and creative development processes, alongside strong organisational and time-management skills that help you juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.<\/p>\n<p>Clear, confident communication both written and verbal comes naturally to you, and you&#8217;re comfortable using campaign or project-management tools such as Trello, (url removed) or SharePoint.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll thrive in a proactive, adaptable role, confidently supporting a range of stakeholders and keeping work moving seamlessly.<\/p>\n<p>A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred, though we equally value relevant equivalent experience.<\/p>\n<p>Our employees, just like our customers come from all walks of life, and we&#8217;re fuelled in championing diversity, inspiring an inclusive culture, and enabling an environment where you can be your authentic self. <\/p>\n<p><b>The Important Things!
