This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to inspiring a love of languages and raising achievement for all students.<\/p>\n<p>About the Role<\/p>\n<p>You will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge learners of all abilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to curriculum development within the MFL department.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Play an active role in enrichment activities, trips, and wider college life.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop their practice within a strong and collaborative department.<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Hold QTS (or be working towards it).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Have strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for French language and culture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and student progress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Share our commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About The Hathershaw College<\/p>\n<p>Hathershaw College are proud of their inclusive ethos and high expectations.
