This is a <strong>full-time position<\/strong> with an <strong>immediate or June start<\/strong>, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a specialist, small-group teaching environment.<\/p>\n<p>The school supports students with <strong>SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs<\/strong>, with classes of just <strong>2-8 students<\/strong>, enabling focused, high-quality teaching and strong relationship building. The vacancy arises following the departure of a permanent staff member, and the school is open to offering a <strong>temporary, fixed-term, or permanent contract<\/strong>, flexible to suit your circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of one year&#8217;s teaching experience in UK schools, ideally with <strong>SEMH or similar experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Confident delivering PE across Key Stages 3 and 4<\/li>\n<li>Strong behaviour and classroom management skills, able to manage challenging behaviours effectively<\/li>\n<li>Full-time availability, Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<li>Current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply-support provided)<\/li>\n<li>Genuine passion for sport and physical education<\/li>\n<li>Ability to inspire, motivate, and build positive relationships with students and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Legal right to work in the UK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay: <strong>\u00a3177 &#8211;
