These positions are temporary to permanent, offering a pathway to a long-term role for the right candidates. The successful applicants will support children and young people with a range of needs, including trauma-related behaviour, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), autism, anxiety, and personal care requirements.<br \/>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>* Provide high-quality, personalised support for pupils with additional needs. <br \/>* Personal care <br \/>* Assist with daily personal care and wellbeing. <br \/>* Support pupils in managing trauma-related and challenging behaviours. <br \/>* Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans. <br \/>* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. <br \/>Essential Skills &amp; Experience:<br \/>* Proven experience supporting children with SEMH, autism, anxiety, and trauma-related behaviours. <br \/>* Ability to provide personal care sensitively and professionally. <br \/>* Strong communication and teamwork skills. <br \/>* Patience, empathy, and resilience. <br \/>* Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN education, childcare, or support work. <br \/>* Full, clean driving licence and ability to travel as required. <br \/>We Offer:<br \/>* Supportive and inclusive team environment. <br \/>* Training and professional development opportunities. <br \/>* Rewarding role making a real difference in young people&#8217;s lives. <br \/>* Clear pathway from temporary to permanent employment. <br \/>To Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief covering letter.<\/p>\n<p>Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
