The company operates with structured processes, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support, providing stability and long-term progression.<\/p>\n What’s on Offer<\/p>\n \u00a333,000 – \u00a336,000 salary (DOE)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Company vehicle provided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Balanced survey and analytical workload<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Structured and well-planned diary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Supportive management and technical backing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Permanent, long-term role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The Role<\/p>\n Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys<\/strong> in line with HSG264<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Producing accurate, compliant survey and analytical reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Requirements<\/p>\n BOHS P402, P403 & P404<\/strong> (or equivalent qualifications)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience working as a Surveyor \/ Analyst or in a dual role<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ability to manage workload independently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Full UK driving licence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n For more information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan<\/strong> or send your CV to:
