This is a hands-on role for a skilled machinist with strong manual centreless grinding experience, working to tight tolerances in a quality-driven environment.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Production Manager, you&#8217;ll be responsible for setting and running centreless grinding machines, supporting secondary operations, and contributing to continuous improvement and on-time delivery.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a330,000 &#8211; \u00a335,000 salary, depending on experience<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Thursday working hours (37 hours per week)<\/li>\n<li>Pension scheme, health cash plan, life assurance, EAP and employee discounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set and operate manual centreless grinding machines<\/li>\n<li>Work with machines such as Wickman Scrivener, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati or Tschudin<\/li>\n<li>Support secondary operations where required (thread rolling, deburring, marking, drilling)<\/li>\n<li>Carry out first-off and in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are met<\/li>\n<li>Work to aerospace standards and health &amp;
