You will play a key role in supporting children aged 2&ndash;4 years, helping them to thrive across all areas of development in line with the EYFS framework.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children<\/li>\n<li>Support children&rsquo;s learning and development in line with the <strong>EYFS<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Observe, assess, and record children&rsquo;s progress using systems such as Tapestry<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities based on children&rsquo;s interests<\/li>\n<li>Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality provision<\/li>\n<li>Follow all nursery policies and procedures at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full and relevant <strong>Level 3 Early Years qualification<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of the <strong>EYFS framework<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A genuine passion for working with young children<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>A proactive and positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A supportive, nurturing working environment<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for training and career progression<\/li>\n<li>A setting that values creativity, wellbeing, and individuality<\/li>\n<li>The chance to be part of a passionate and dedicated team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safeguarding Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Little Hearts Preschool Cranleigh is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
