Operations Coordinator \u2013 Apparel Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: West London (Hammersmith)<br \/>\nSalary:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a327,000 \u2013 \u00a330,000 + benefits + progression<br \/>\nFull-Time | Permanent<br \/>\nHybrid working available after training<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting on behalf of a leading London-based apparel and uniform design business working with premium global clients across corporate, hospitality, aviation, and retail sectors.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Client Services &amp; Operations Coordinator to support an Account Manager with client coordination, order processing, and operational administration.<\/p>\n<p>The role requires strong organisation, communication skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced but supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>A background in fashion, apparel, or textiles is advantageous but not essential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client accounts<\/li>\n<li>Managing orders, spreadsheets, and reporting tasks<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating garment production, embroidery, and customisation requests<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients via phone and email in a professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Tracking deliveries, shipments, and production timelines<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring critical paths and project deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records<\/li>\n<li>Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
