You\u2019ll lead interactive sessions on interview techniques, job applications, and transferable skills, while designing impactful solutions such as mock interviews and sector-specific preparation. The role also includes promoting training opportunities, supporting participant action plans, and ensuring compliance with quality and safeguarding standards.<\/p>\n
Our ideal candidate has experience delivering employability and personal development training both face-to-face and online, strong digital skills, and a proactive approach to overcoming barriers faced by job seekers<\/p>\n

\nSupport participants into employment through tailored training and guidance
\nMeet performance, quality and compliance targetsWork collaboratively to deliver workshops, mock interviews and employer-focused activities
\nAdapt delivery to meet individual and group needsMaintain accurate records and high standards of delivery

\nExperience delivering employability skills and personal development training
\nAbility to design and deliver training both face-to-face and remotely using digital tools
\nSkilled in motivating and developing individuals to achieve their goals
\nConfident using Microsoft 365 and modern technologies, including Microsoft Teams<\/p>\n
\nExperience working in a high-performance, target-driven environment
\nLevel 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS) or Level 4 Certificate (CTLLS), or equivalent
\nExperience delivering services in line with contractual and quality requirements
\nAbility to analyse training needs and report on delivery using IT systems
\nFull driving licence
