As part of a small and ambitious team, you will have full ownership of your market and play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the business.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What&rsquo;s in it doing as our IT Sector Business Development Manager?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities within the IT sector<\/li>\n<li>Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Leading sales activity including cold calling, networking, and attending meetings<\/li>\n<li>Understanding client hiring needs and positioning tailored recruitment solutions<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating terms of business and securing new client agreements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the delivery\/recruitment team to ensure successful fulfilment<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently hitting targets<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What are we looking for in our IT Sector Business Development Manager<\/strong>? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record in a pure business development or sales role, ideally within IT recruitment or a related sector<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to generate leads, win new clients, and close deals<\/li>\n<li>Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a small business environment with autonomy and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Commercially astute with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a busy pipeline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>If you&rsquo;re a driven business
