This is a London based role offering hybrid working and the opportunity to work within a high-performing environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. <\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive contract administration support to the contract team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and contract reporting<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with client representatives and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Allocate tasks and PPMs to engineers, ensuring efficiency and clarity<\/li>\n<li>Support monthly billing and contract review reporting<\/li>\n<li>Manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks using Concept Evolution and FSI Go<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial and commercial contract support<\/li>\n<li>Report preparation and documentation management<\/li>\n<li>Subcontractor and purchase order administration<\/li>\n<li>Timesheet collation and data quality checks<\/li>\n<li>Contract setup and escalation process support<\/li>\n<li>General office duties including correspondence, filing, and meeting minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in maintenance planning and contract administration<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Concept Evolution CAFM system and finance systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative team player with
