This role is critical in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting overall inventory integrity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Conduct physical stock counts across all warehouse locations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Take full responsibility for inventory audit counts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Compare system stock levels against actual physical stock and investigate discrepancies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage inbound container pallets and ensure correct placement into racking (using Bendi\/Flexi trucks where applicable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform scanning checks to ensure all warehouse locations are correctly recorded in the system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify and resolve mismatches between products and location tags<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Track and investigate missed transactions using system reports and physical verification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Carry out stock reconciliation and ensure accurate inventory records<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Previous experience in inventory control, stock auditing, or warehouse operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to operate or willingness to train on Bendi\/Flexi trucks (preferred)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Good problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong organisational and time management skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Competitive salary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supportive team environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Opportunities for training and development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Stable and growing company<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining accurate inventory systems, we would love to hear from you.
