You will need to be highly knowledgeable about marketing principles and be experienced at working on Digital Marketing strategies, campaigns, and execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s on Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Benefits include monthly team bonus, private medical insurance, MacBook, paid phone contract, free Guildford town centre parking when you come into the office, and they are happy for you to work \u2018hybrid\u2019 from home as well, and room for career progression.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You must Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be involved in new leads and growing existing client accounts and you will guide clients through discovery calls, help them understand what they need and confidently lead them toward the right solution. With existing clients especially, your role will be to nurture the relationships, support delivery teams and ensure every client feels understood and supported. Your accounts will be primarily focused on digital marketing (paid social, paid search &amp; SEO) but also be involved in website performance and improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Other responsibilities will include proposals, scopes and pricing, account health management, invoicing, payments, and financial accuracy, identifying up sells, renewals and long-term partnership opportunities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They are looking for someone with agency experience, not necessarily degree educated<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be highly organised, personable, motivated, have commercial and financial skills, and be an excellent communicator<\/li>\n<li>Experience in digital marketing and website performance is a must<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required skills and responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong account management skills and proactivity<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Paid social and digital marketing experience, and most importantly, the ability to learn &amp;
