This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children in a nurturing, play-based environment.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be working as part of a friendly nursery team, supporting children through their early development and helping to create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where every child can thrive.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the nursery team in delivering high-quality early years care and learning<\/li>\n<li>Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5<\/li>\n<li>Support children&#8217;s development through play-based activities and exploration<\/li>\n<li>Assist with personal care routines including feeding, toileting, and hygiene<\/li>\n<li>Promote early communication, language, social, and emotional development<\/li>\n<li>Observe, assess, and record children&#8217;s progress in line with EYFS guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Build strong, caring relationships with children and families<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essential Criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting<\/li>\n<li>Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare\/Early Years (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework<\/li>\n<li>A warm, patient, and caring approach to working with young children<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with babies and toddlers as well as preschool-aged children<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and nursery best practice<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting children with additional needs or EAL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About the Nursery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Early Years Setting: A welcoming and well-resourced nursery providing high-quality childcare<\/li>\n<li>Caring Environment: Focused on nurturing each child&#8217;s individual development and wellbeing<\/li>\n<li>Play-Based Learning: Strong emphasis on learning through play, exploration, and creativity<\/li>\n<li>Supportive Team: Friendly and experienced staff who work together to deliver outstanding care<\/li>\n<li>Family-Focused Approach: Strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child&#8217;s journey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We Offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supportive and friendly nursery environment<\/li>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for training and professional development<\/li>\n<li>A rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day<\/li>\n<li>Long-term stability with potential for progression within the nursery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse who is passionate about early years development, we would love to hear from you.
