You will help vulnerable clients as a keyworker to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible, whilst ensuring they are safe and able to manage risks appropriately.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Due to the need to meet clients at various locations a driving licence and your own transport is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed. <\/strong>You must also be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS Check. Please only apply if this is okay.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting and empowering clients by providing holistic trauma-informed one to one support to encourage their personal development to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working as part of an effective team to provide high-quality housing and support services to all clients using this service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Carrying out housing management activities such as rent collection, tenancy enforcement, reporting maintenance issues and health and safety checks. Ensuring a firm and empathetic approach to support clients to maintain their tenancies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensuring the delivery of high-quality accommodation and support services to all clients
