We designed the two houses here specifically for autistic people and our staff are highly trained so Stonepit Close is an ideal environment in which to thrive and develop independence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><br \/>We are looking for caring and reliable Waking Nights Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)<\/li>\n<li>Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts &amp; crafts)<\/li>\n<li>Support life skills &amp; independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For you to inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people<\/li>\n<li>Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential<\/li>\n<li>Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Click\u00a0<\/strong><strong>here<\/strong><strong>\u00a0for the Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This advert is for a part time position at 18 Hours per week.<\/p>\n<p>Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.<\/p>\n<p>Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is\u00a0preferred<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we can offer you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pension<\/strong> \u2013 Auto-enrolled pension scheme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annual Leave<\/strong> \u2013 33 days (including public holidays).
