You&#8217;ll coordinate inbound supply from international partners and help ensure stock is positioned efficiently across multiple distribution locations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align inventory with forecasts and operational plans<\/li>\n<li>Oversee stock movements between regional distribution centres<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and support invoice reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside warehouse teams to manage intake priorities<\/li>\n<li>Support stock audits and resolve discrepancies where required<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate inbound shipments to maintain consistent stock availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical capability, with confidence using spreadsheet tools<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in inventory planning or a related supply chain role<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy with the ability to interpret data
