The Role<\/b><\/p>\n
As our Student Recruitment Officer, you'll be the face of UA92 in schools, colleges, and communities across the region and beyond. You'll be the reason someone takes a chance on higher education. You'll open conversations, build lasting partnerships, and guide prospective students all the way from first contact to enrolment day.<\/p>\n
This is a target-driven, conversion-focused role with full ownership of your recruitment pipeline. You’ll be responsible for turning interest into enrolments, managing prospects through every stage of the funnel, and delivering against clear conversion and enrolment targets. You'll own your targets, work autonomously, and use data to sharpen your approach. You'll also get to be creative, designing fresh outreach activities, exploring digital engagement.<\/p>\n
