{"id":59750,"date":"2026-04-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/fuel-systems-engineer\/"},"modified":"2026-04-24T17:39:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T16:39:21","slug":"fuel-systems-engineer","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/fuel-systems-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"Fuel Systems Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fuel Systems Engineer<br \/> <\/strong><br \/>Certain Advantage are hiring for a Fuel Systems Engineer based in Filton on a hybrid basis.<\/p>\n<p>The role will entail engineering activities associated with continued product development.<\/p>\n<p>The successful individual will need to have a background in aerospace engineering with a good knowledge of the associated regulations, system design principles and verification &amp; validation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equipment qualification \u2013 Support the review of new Equipment Design Evolution Sheets from supplier, Specification updates and qualification of equipment due to scope creep of requirements in service<\/li>\n<li>Production Support \u2013 Support queries from the various production lines on items such as test failures and improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Development modifications support \u2013 Work on providing inputs to modifications required for the development of the system including engineer variant changes, performance changes and changes related to equipment updates<\/li>\n<li>Problem investigation support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/><strong>The individual:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within Aviation\/ Aerospace<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with key stakeholders within the business, teams across the project and the wider team<\/li>\n<li>Real time system controlling, Matlab\/Simulink\/Stateflow<\/li>\n<li>Avionic Fuel Systems experience<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong>Does this sound like your next career move?
