The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers across your territory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proactively win new business through farm visits, outbound activity, and incoming enquiries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Deliver engaging and confident demonstrations of machinery and equipment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Provide a high level of customer service, offering tailored, practical solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assess, value, and sell used equipment, producing detailed and accurate reports<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prepare professional, commercially sound quotations and manage the sales process end-to-end<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Take full ownership of your performance, consistently striving to exceed targets across machinery and warranty sales<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n A background in, or strong understanding of, the agricultural sector<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for customer service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Confidence in presenting products and building long-term client relationships<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If you\u2019re ready to take your agricultural knowledge to the next level and build a rewarding, high-earning career in sales, we\u2019d love to hear from you.
