This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the inance sales process, supporting both internal teams and external partners. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial proposal through to fulfilment<\/li>\n<li>Produce accurate and competitive finance quotations across multiple business streams<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of retail, contract hire, and corporate finance products<\/li>\n<li>Actively support new sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer settlement figures and assist with dealer staff car schemes<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Manage key in-house dealer accounts, providing ongoing support throughout the application lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Sales team with vehicle procurement and delivery logistics<\/li>\n<li>Support floor managers and help strengthen internal operational processes<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts without field sales involvement, ensuring consistent service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Prepare commission quotations, including campaigns and promotional structures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of integrity and customer fairness<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing support for accounts transitioned from the Field Sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong administrative and system skills with excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented with a flexible and positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the motor trade and vehicle finance is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a broker environment is advantageous but not essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Excellent benefits on offer!<\/p>\n<p>For further information about this opportunity please call Forrest Recruitment for a confidential discussion \u2013 (phone number removed).
