£24,000p\/a Pro-Rata to 3 days<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a great opportunity to join a lovely and rewarding organisation, and prior experience in the industry is not essential as full training will be provided. What’s most important is the desire to learn, and build a worthwhile career.<\/p>\n

Hours:<\/strong> 3 days per week – 9am until 5pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) – additional days may be required at peak periods and\/or business needs but will be agreed mutually in advance.<\/p>\n

Salary;<\/strong> £24,000 full-time equivalent based on full time hours of only 35 hour week.<\/p>\n

Role purpose: <\/strong>An exciting new opportunity has arisen, and the role will be in the Client Servicing team providing admin support to the business's Financial Advisers and wider business.<\/p>\n

Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

·Prep of meeting packs (new and review)<\/p>\n

·Completing client change requests in contributions\/bank details\/address’s<\/p>\n

·Diary Management<\/p>\n

·Appointment booking via telephone and email<\/p>\n

·Review and overdue meeting management<\/p>\n

·Adding leads and prospects to the system<\/p>\n

·Withdrawals – taking client instruction and completing security checks<\/p>\n

·Online access registering<\/p>\n

·Pre population of client information in various key documents<\/p>\n

·ID & anti-money laundering checks<\/p>\n

·Logging documentation on an internal server<\/p>\n

·Client meeting reminders<\/p>\n

·Preparation of welcome packs\/sending<\/p>\n

·Certifying docs<\/p>\n

·Policy services request for information<\/p>\n

·Calling third-party providers for information<\/p>\n

·Scanning and processing incoming post<\/p>\n

·Answering of incoming office calls<\/p>\n

·Supporting with any broader general office support<\/p>\n

·Supporting with client generic queries<\/p>\n

Person Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

·Genuine interest in Financial Services<\/p>\n

·Confident phone manner and dealing with clients<\/p>\n

·Keen to develop and learn<\/p>\n

·High level of attention to detail<\/p>\n

·Highly organised and works with a proactive attitude<\/p>\n

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

·Excellent IT Skills<\/p>\n

·Approaches work positively with a can-do attitude and take responsibility for own tasks<\/p>\n

·Manages time effectively and can work within set timescales<\/p>\n

·Works well as an individual and as part of a large team<\/p>\n
