We are looking for\u00a0calm, reliable and emotionally intelligent Support Worker to join a small, consistent team supporting a young person with autism in the home and community.<\/p>\n
This is a 2:1 support package, and the focus is on building trust, maintaining routine, and supporting emotional regulation in a safe and respectful way.<\/p>\n
