Joining a well-established construction business, you\u2019ll be part of a team that genuinely invests in its people, offering full support, structured development, and the tools you need to thrive.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you&#8217;re early in your H&amp;S career or looking for a new challenge, this role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact across multiple sites and projects in East Anglia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Health &amp; Safety Advisor, you\u2019ll support teams across the business to maintain and improve health, safety and compliance standards. This includes conducting audits, delivering briefings, supporting incident investigations and championing a strong safety culture across all levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Carry out site audits and inspections to ensure safety compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support managers and site teams with practical H&amp;S advice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead or support investigations into incidents and near misses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Review and prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver Toolbox Talks, bulletins, and safety briefings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Promote a proactive and positive health &amp; safety culture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Engage with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders on H&amp;S matters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solid knowledge of UK H&amp;S legislation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Full UK driving licence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Confidence working with site teams and senior management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Construction or infrastructure industry experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Audit or report writing skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Flexible, self-motivated and organised<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s in it for You?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Supportive environment with real investment in training and development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Opportunities for progression within a growing H&amp;S team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Company vehicle, laptop, phone and PPE provided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Dynamic and varied role with a mix of office and site work<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be part of a company that values people and prioritises safety at every level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re passionate about health &amp;
