{"id":59524,"date":"2026-04-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/employer-engagement-consultant-apprenticeships\/"},"modified":"2026-04-18T11:35:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-18T10:35:53","slug":"employer-engagement-consultant-apprenticeships","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/employer-engagement-consultant-apprenticeships\/","title":{"rendered":"Employer Engagement Consultant (Apprenticeships)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills &amp; Employability sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Employer Engagement\u00a0Consultant (Apprenticeships)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Home\/Field based &#8211; Must be flexible with travel across Bristol, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a327,000 &#8211; \u00a329,000 DOE + uncapped bonus potential!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Full Time, Permanent<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify and engage with businesses to promote our clients offering of Apprenticeship programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain employer relationships, maximising\u00a0all opportunities for uptake of learner starts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage own daily output using internal CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes<\/li>\n<li>Report sales data and insights on a regular basis.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Working towards and achieving revenue targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have\u00a0some exposure\u00a0of working within\u00a0an employer engagement \/ business\u00a0development\u00a0role, promoting apprenticeships or employability programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to overcome objections.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working towards and achieving targets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, administrative and organisational\u00a0skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident, friendly and professional manner, who is willing to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Must be flexible with travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
