The studio has an established reputation for delivering projects with major national house builders and continues to secure a strong pipeline of residential schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an expanding and motivated team focused on delivering high-quality housing developments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role of Architectural Technician will involve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Preparing precise and comprehensive technical drawings for large-scale residential schemes<br \/>* Working closely with architects, planners, consultants and clients to meet both design intent and regulatory requirements<br \/>* Ensuring projects adhere to UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards<br \/>* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the technical team<br \/>* Attending and contributing to meetings with clients and wider project teams<\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful Architectural Technician will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* A degree or HNC\/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline<br \/>* Proven experience working with national house builders in the UK<br \/>* Strong technical expertise with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail<br \/>* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD<br \/>* Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards<br \/>* The ability to manage workload across multiple projects independently<br \/>* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Hybrid working arrangements following successful completion of probation<br \/>* Pension scheme<br \/>* Competitive annual leave entitlement<br \/>* Supportive, inclusive and team-oriented working environment<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply for this role, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to <\/strong><strong>(url removed)<\/strong><strong>.
