To support this growth, they are actively seeking to recruit a&nbsp;<strong>Payroll and HR Systems Administrator<\/strong>&nbsp;to &nbsp;join the team on a permanent basis. &nbsp; <strong>What you will be doing:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day support across the full range of HR operations, ensuring a high standard of service to employees and managers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee records, including Time and Attendance System and payroll systems to ensure compliance and accuracy of all employee information and data<\/li>\n<li>Deliver comprehensive clerical and administrative support including maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Process HR documentation and prepare reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance reviews, and other personnel activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What you will need to succeed:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in Payroll and administration is essential, HR experience also beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Excellent level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp; <strong>What you will receive in return:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To &pound;34,000 pa DOE<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Friday 08.30am to 17.30pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>**Please note 100% office based** <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Company pension *6% employer contribution (salary exchange\/subject to contract)<\/li>\n<li>25 days holiday + Bank holidays<\/li>\n<li>Company sick pay<\/li>\n<li>4 x Death in Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp; <strong>What you need to do next:<\/strong> If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
