This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business based in Stafford to play a key part of their continued expansion.<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> <strong>Role:<\/strong> IT Sales Specialist<br \/> <strong>Salary:<\/strong> &pound;35,000 + competitive KPI bonus and package<br \/> <strong>Location:<\/strong> Stafford<br \/> <strong>Hours of Work:<\/strong> 37.5 hours per week<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> <strong>Purpose of the Role<\/strong><br \/> As the IT Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with key channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, MSPs, and other technology partners, with a focus on IT Recycling.<br \/> You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing market share by proactively engaging potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales. This position requires a commercially minded individual with strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering results.<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell IT recycling services<\/li>\n<li>Promote products and services to generate and secure appointments<\/li>\n<li>Build and develop relationships with new customers, identifying opportunities for additional sales<\/li>\n<li>Encourage customer engagement with the Stone360 app<\/li>\n<li>Gather and accurately record customer information and requirements for the Partner Manager<\/li>\n<li>Qualify customer needs ahead of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of activity on the CRM system<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with IT Recycling Operations before and after collections<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring correct escalation where required<\/li>\n<li>Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement within the team<\/li>\n<li>Follow internal management systems and safety procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp;<br \/> You will bring proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving financial targets, alongside the ability to plan and manage an effective schedule of meetings. Experience in generating new business through proactive prospecting is essential.<br \/> You will also demonstrate strong geographical knowledge of the UK, a flexible and positive &#8220;can-do&#8221; attitude, and excellent communication skills.
