This role suits someone who thrives in a fast\u2011paced, project\u2011driven environment and enjoys balancing structured processes with creative problem\u2011solving.<\/p>\n<p>In this position, you&#8217;ll play a key role in scheduling colleagues across multiple solution areas, ensuring the right people are matched to the right projects at the right time. You&#8217;ll manage high\u2011volume scheduling, support large\u2011scale programmes, and work within internal resource management systems to optimise deployment across the business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end\u2011to\u2011end scheduling for participants engaging with consultants<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate dates, times, and virtual meeting logistics<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for rescheduling needs and maintain service level agreements<\/li>\n<li>Handle large\u2011group, multi\u2011step scheduling within tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Use trackers to monitor progress and ensure clear communication<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a customer\u2011centric approach for a seamless participant experience<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise resources and resolve scheduling conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Understand cost implications and support firm\u2011level profitability<\/li>\n<li>Engage contingent workforce when required<\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding of new colleagues and educate them on scheduling processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in logistics coordination, event planning, staffing, or multi\u2011calendar management<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service focus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast\u2011moving environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship\u2011building skills across remote and cross\u2011functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence without authority<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Our Client?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be part of a global, collaborative, and supportive resource management team that values professionalism, teamwork, continuous improvement, and clear communication.
