FRONTrunner are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to work on our engineering desk, covering companies in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, white goods, mechanical and electrical services.
We are looking for a trainee consultant from a B2B sales background that we can train on recruitment to be as successful as you can be. You’ll be trained on every aspect of recruitment – from finding and calling new business clients, writing adverts to attract the best candidates, right through to closing the deal and getting that repeat business.
FRONTrunner has over 10 years successful years working in recruitment across many sectors and we are looking for people that want to get into the recruitment sector. You will get full recruitment training on both recruitment practice and also the sector you’ll be working in. We have always aimed to be the best at what we do and this is reflected in how many clients we have that continue to use us when there is so much choice out there for them.
We are cash rich, have a long list of engineering companies we consistently recruit for, and now is the time to grow again.
Salary / Benefits
- 20-22k basic salary to start, 5k basic pay rise once you hit your first consultants monthly target (this would be within your first 6 months)
- Monthly commission from 20-30% from day 1
- Realistic 1st year OTE 30k, 2nd year OTE 40k, 3rd year OTE 50k+
- Office Working hours are 9am till 3pm to give you a better work / life balance with your home life once you are up and running
- Unlimited holiday entitlement after your 6 month probation period (20 days holiday pro rata in your first 6 months)
- A plan on targets to hit to get a promotion and further pay raise

To be successful in this role you need:-
- At least 6 months b2b sales experience on the phone or face to face – any experience within recruitment would obviously be beneficial
- Any industry experience would obviously be great but not essential – this position may suit someone who is currently a candidate generator and wants to become a 360 consultant
- Experience working towards and surpassing targets and KPI’s
- A drive to progress and earn some really good commission
- You need to be fearless, resilient, and driven in both your work and personal life
