Goldman & Fine Group is looking for a Junior Trainee Parts Advisor for a busy bodyshop in the Northampton area (3619). Applicants must have a clean driving license and bodyshop / parts experience. In return, the client is offering an attractive, negotiable salary and benefits, as well as an excellent working environment. Daily duties will include.

taking calls and handling customer queries. serving and advising customers. raising invoices. occasional help in other departments.

stock checking and replacement. picking parts for delivery or collection. general shop upkeep. Experience is not required, as you will be taught all you need to know, but an interest or knowledge of cars and/or sales will be an advantage.

Applicants must have. 5 GCSEs or equivalent. a good grasp of spoken and written English. an excellent telephone manner.

a good standard of computer literacy. flexible, enthusiastic and conscientious approach to work. the ability to use your own initiative. high level of attention to detail.
