About Us

Reperio Human Capital are a leading recruitment consultancy in Belfast, specialising in the IT and Software Development market in the Republic of Ireland and the USA (partocularly North Carolina).

We are expanding our specialist recruitment team, and are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our HQ based in Bedford House in Belfast.

• £18,000 Annual Salary
• 35% monthly commission uncapped

* You do not IT experience to be eligible for this role*

What do you need to apply:

• 6+ months in a sales role (e.g. phone shop)
• Resilient
• Great work ethic

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Degree educated
