A growing regional firm of Chartered Accountants has opportunities for talented and motivated individuals looking to further their professional career as a Trainee Accountant, working from their recently refurbished offices in Northamptonshire. The role involves supporting the Client Managers and Senior Accountants with the preparation of accounts and related taxation work for a wide variety of clients. The company are keen to make the most of modern technology and this is reflected in the internal working practices and how they work with clients.
We are looking for a Trainee Accountant who has the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience as a Trainee Accountant within practice or some experience within an accounts role for an SME business is preferable
- Already either studying ACA or ACCA, part qualified would be ideal and wishing to continue studies or AAT qualified with experience and looking to start a training contract with either ACA or ACCA
- Competent Excel skills, previous experience of SAGE, Xero, QuickBooks would be an advantage
