SF Recruitment are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our busy client in Sutton in Ashfield on a temporary basis for 8 weeks.
The role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between our head office and suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate stock levels and manage inbound stock queries from customers.
Liaise with warehouses and suppliers to track shipment schedules and update customers accordingly.
Handle a high volume of documentation related to stock coordination.
Collaborate with internal design teams to align stock availability with customer orders.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between all relevant parties.

Required Experience:
Previous experience in managing customer stock levels and dealing with suppliers.
Familiarity with import processes.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to multitask.
Experience in the fabrics or textile industry is an advantage but not essential.

Pay Rate: £13.60 – £14.89 per hour (38.75 hours per week, paid on timesheet)
