We are growing again and this time, we are looking to bring in a new Recruitment Administrator / Trainee Consultant to become our new in-house resourcer.

This is a busy, office-based role that will involve you sourcing suitable candidates from job boards or social media, seeking referrals, taking references and helping the business grow.

You need to be very confident on the phone, has a good understanding of how to use social media and be a person who is driven by success.

The plan is that this role will lead to a role full consultant so there is a realistic career ladder to climb.

What experience is needed to be considered?

  • Some experience working within an external recruitment agency (deal breaker).
  • Confident, outgoing person.
  • A person who is motivated by success.
  • An organised person who wants to develop in the world of recruitment.
