£75k-£110k
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to secure a position with a hugely successful international Data Centre developer.
Due to their continued success in the Data Centre market this client is looking for 10X MEP Cost Managers to join and help oversee a new Data Centre project in the UK based from their office in Central London.
A successful candidate will be involved in a variety of duties and will be responsible for managing and monitoring the appointed consultancies on a live Data Centre projects.
A strong main contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor background is preferable, although candidates with Data Centre client side or consultancy experience are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants will ideally have the following –
• Experience of BOQ reviews
• Contract reviews.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• 5-8 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong MEP background, ideally on Data Centre projects (not essential).
• Procurement experience.
