Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator/Manager to join their friendly and growing team. This is a varied and hands on role that involves managing relationships, logistics, and processes. If you’re passionate about sustainability, detail oriented, and eager to develop further within a growing organisation, this role could be an excellent fit.

• Based in Esher
• £30,000 salary
• Monday – Friday
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job specification:

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses and organisations to promote material reuse.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and calls.
• Accurately process invoices in a timely manner.
• Manage social media platforms and LinkedIn leads.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain precise records.
• Coordinate drivers and labourers as needed.
• Work closely with Project Managers and the Managing Director to align logistics with project objectives.
• Log and input buyer data into the company database.
• Oversee material inventory, ensuring accurate descriptions and labelling.
• Manage the storage facility, ensuring materials are well-organised and properly logged.

Person specification:

• Must have a driving license.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure.
• A true passion for sustainability and career development.
