DESIblitz Job: Entry Level Operations Administrator
Our fast growing tech solutions client, based in Newbury, Berkshire is currently recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an entry level role into a growing business where there is training and development available for the right person.
The operation team are knowledgeable across all processes, products, services, and systems so there will be a lot to learn!
You will learn all about raising and placing orders with suppliers, tracking open purchase orders, back order management and report generation.
You will work closely with a number of departments including customer services and internal sales.
Our client is looking for someone with good MS Office knowledge including Excel.
You will be an excellent communicator, with a proactive approach and have the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment which can be stressful at times.
A keen eye for detail is essential with data entry.
Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of ERP systems and purchasing.
To apply you must be available immediately or at short notice.
Hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 per week.
