My Client one of the UK's fastest growing FM Service providers is seeking a Multi-skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their Team,This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Gas Engineer looking to take their career path to the next level.
Reporting Directly into the HVAC Operations Manager you will work Mobile attending to Pre planned and Reactive requirements within London & South East Areas.
Job Specification
- Responsible for the maintenance and compliance of commercial gas systems (plumbing, heating & hot water) within the London & South East areas.
- The works will be delivered across a mix of commercial office and luxury residential properties.
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
- Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities
- Daily communication with clients and tenants
Salary & Package
- Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 depending on experience + Overtime Rates: x1.5 & x2.0
- Hours of Work: 08:00 – 17:00

The Person
- Apprenticeship trained in mechanical discipline (Desirable)
- Must be Qualified to City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Hold relevant and current commercial ACS qualifications
- Gas Safe registered
- Have 5 years' experience in a similar role (applicants without relevant experience will not be considered)
- Will professionally represent the company at all times
- Have excellent communication skills
- Must be competent at "user level" with IT systems (CAFM, reporting, emails etc.)
- Have a full and clean driving licence
- Experience in a Corporate Environment
- Hard-working, Career Driven
- Ex-Forces Royal Navy Considered
