My client has recently experienced exceptional growth, and consequently has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. As a 1st line Engineer, you will be working on the technical service desk, assisting users from across the region whilst helping maintain a professional company image with a strong eye for detail. There are multiple sites that you will need to visit, making this a remote and onsite position (the best of both worlds!)
This is suitable for a trainee to start their IT career or an experienced 1st Line engineer who specialises in Microsoft technologies with a strong background in cabling would be ideal for this role.
