Learning Support Assistant

Vision for Education are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant on behalf of a Sixth Form College in Greater Manchester . The role will start in September and could continue for the academic year.

You will be required to support a number of A Level students with ASD. This role will include a mixture of full classroom support and one-to-one support depending on the need of the students at the time. The college is focused on every student achieving to the best of their abilities and being given the opportunity to raise their aspirations, through enjoyable and engaging lessons.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant role, you will:

• Be of graduate level education.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of college staff.
• Have experience working with secondary and college aged pupils.
• Ideally have experience working one-to-one with a student.
